To add missing bank transactions in QuickBooks Online, go to the Banking tab, select the affected account, and choose "Add transaction." Enter the date, description, amount, and category manually. This is a normal and safe workaround when QuickBooks not updating bank transactions is causing a gap — just remember to check for duplicates once the automatic bank feed catches up.
