New Roof: We completely tear off existing roof. Inspect roof decking for any damage, and replace damaged decking if needed. A new roofing system is installed using all of the correct roofing materials and installation techniques so that you will receive the manufacturer warranty. We also ensure your new roof meets current building code requirements. We register your roof warranty with the manufacturer.

Roof-Layover: This roofing system is installing new shingles over the top of existing shingles. The current Residential Building Code allows for a residential roof to have only 2 layers of shingles.

Roof Repair: Leaky roof? Sometimes a roof repair is the best solution. One of our qualified project managers will inspect the area and let you know what the best solution is for completing the roof repair.

Seamless Gutter Service: Existing gutters, if applicable, is completed removed and hauled off. New seamless gutters are installed. We can install 5", 6", and 1/2 round gutters. There is a wide color selection. All seamless gutter are customer built on-site to ensure gutters fit the roof eaves properly.
