Замучилась ее подстраивать, хотя все было бес толку. Там наверняка фпс выше частоты развертки монитора. Только вот факты говорят о том, что AC4 сейчас даже на топовом железе не выдает постоянные 60FPS, просадки есть у всех, пусть и не постоянные Sandres. Просто у меня несколько компов и мой интернет не позволяет на каждый комп качать более 25 гигов.
