Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child born to the family of Oyakhilome and was born on the 7th of December, 1973 to Tim Oyakhilome. He finished his secondary and primary studies at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma in Edo State, Nigeria. There he earned a BSc.

AAU also gave him an honorary Doctor of Science award. He also has an honorary doctorate in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. The Reverend Chris was once a married man to Anita Obhodaghe. He and they have two lovely children.

While still in school at AAU Pastor Chris Oyakhilome became involved in ministry. The Believers’ LoveWorld fellowship which is today Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (YFC) was then known as Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship.

YFC has grown to become the biggest campus fellowship. Chris Oyakhilome In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the home of the headquarters of the church. Believer’s LoveWorld is a worldwide ministry which has thousands of associates around the world.

Through the 2002 atmosphere for miracles programme, BLW rose to prominence as a Christian ministry on TV in Africa. The program was cancelled by President Olusegun Obasanjo in May 2004.

The foundation helps these destitute children and communities through sustainable and participative interventions that include child development programmes and childcare programs and family strengthening programs, InnerCity Mission for Children School and more.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The TraumaCare International foundation was created in order to increase the lifespan and health status of local communities. The foundation is able to accomplish this feat by supporting national policies related to trauma care and health education.

Bible For All Mission (BFAM) A christian-based group, is committed to making, producing, and global distribution bibles for all ages. The Bible is available in every language and format that they know about. In doing this, the outreach helps them to learn about the Word of God and experience his life-changing message. BFAM successfully distributed hundreds and thousands of free Rhapsody Bibles to hospitals, prisons and communities in several countries which included South Africa and Nigeria. The outreach was able to accomplish this feat thanks to an extremely tight worldwide network of Bible sponsors and volunteers.
