El Control de Costes por Anticipación es un modelo desarrollado para la gestión de infraestructuras en torno a dos Reglas de Oro: (1) El promotor debe saber qué recibirá y cuánto pagará, y (2) El constructor debe saber qué obra ejecutará y cuánto percibirá por ello. Estas reglas deben convertirse en certidumbres para evitar sobrecostes al promotor y al constructorCost Control in Advance is a model developed for the infraestructure management around two Golden Rules. First, the developer must know which product will receive and how much money will pay. And second, the constructor should know what work has to be done and how much money to charge for it. These rules should become certainties to avoid additional costs for the developer and the constructor.La regulación de la gestión de residuos de construcción y demolición ha puesto sobre la mesa un nuevo paradigma: el mejor residuo es el que no se produce.
