Review: You can actually use these ice breakers for many other selling situations, but the books is intended to help newbie network marketers to become comfortable bringing up their business opportunity or products in a way that they won't feel rejected.
Al provides all kinds of examples and while the examples may sound cheesy or funny, depending on your point of view, they are just ideas meant to stimulate your own creative process, not necessarily to be used verbatim.
He shares the "formula" and plenty of examples, like this one:
"Hey Mary, I just found out how we can work three weeks out of the month but get paid for four. If you'd ever like to know how, I'd be glad to tell you. Meanwhile, let's watch the news."
"I just found out how we can get fruit and veggie nutrition into our children without them knowing it."
"Would it be OK if you had two paychecks instead of one?"
If you encounter people who like to complain, Al suggests you ask them:
"Would you like to do something about it?"
or
"Have you ever considered doing something about it?"
That let's you discover whether they are prospect for your offering or not, and he makes suggestions about what to say if they're not a prospect. If you find out that the person is not a prospect, instead of using NLP kung fu, he suggest you move on to a prospect that may be interested in what you're offering.
If people ask you what do you do for a living, you can mention how you can help them solve the problem.
For example, "I show people how to remove stretch marks in 21 days."
or, you could say
"Well, you know how most jobs don't pay enough?
Well, I show people how to get a second paycheck to make life a lot easier."
The idea with Ice Breakers is that whether your prospects run away from you and never want to talk to you again or they're willing to hear you will depend entirely on the words you choose.

Would you like to control their minds and make them beg you to show them how easy it is to become an overnight success. Would you like them to beg you for your phone number and ask you to tell them all about your opportunity to earn a second income? Well this book can help with that. I kinda exaggerated a little there but it will sure help you learn how to gain new prospects and find new purchasers of your products. That is soooo old school and never did work very well. The techniques in this book work very well. The tittle is accurate and will take your business to a new level.

Review: This book is pure gold!! Super easy read and the content inside is so simplistic but highly effective that I've read it about 10X's!!! Where was this book 3 years ago? The key to network marketing is having an endless supply of prospects to show your opportunity to. If you've blown through your warm market and have been wondering how to approach people you yet don't know about your business this book is for you. After reading it you will be so excited to go out and use these simple ice breakers on people!! These Icebreakers are so effective that within a day of reading this book I had 5 presentations set up of intrigued people to see what it is that I do. Review: Having taken numerous marketing classes in college, those "courses" failed to deliver. College classes continue to teach how to conform (to someone else's system), & due to that design, they will continue to mislead their students, to diminish the potential of each person errant lay believing they will get what they need to prosper. Big Al delivers a double-doctorate in simple, easy-to-use, effective techniques. And the tools that deliver results. At the college level, it should be called theft: time, energy, money, useless information! In Big Al's easy to understand books, you get hundreds of times what you pay for. Within only a few afters after reading through the 1st 3 chapters, I was already converting the information into income. Want to make money? Buy these books.
