4. Melts ( burnouts) – depressions on the surface of a product formed as a result of combustion or melting of a foreign body.

5. Chipping – mechanical damage, covered or not covered with glaze.

6. Glaze boiling – small concentrated bubbles on the surface of the glaze that cannot be crushed.

7. Shade of the main color – the difference in paint on the surface of the product and the greater or lesser saturation of the color.

8. Matteness – a decrease or absence of shine in a shiny glaze.

9. Drip – a local thickening of the glaze, which has the shape of a solidified stream.

10. Front sight – a dark-colored dot ( brown, black, green) up to 1 mm in size.

11. Prick – a depression in the form of a point on the surface of the glaze.

12. A spot is an area of ​​a different color, no more than 1 mm in size, that differs from the main color.

13. Waviness - a wave-like change in the thickness of the glaze.

14. Glazed area – a zone of thinned glaze layer, under which the shard is visible.

15. Pimple - a small, dense swelling of glaze or ceramic mass.

16. Bubble – a small, complete swelling of the glaze or ceramic mass.
