Chris Olave was a Scarlet Alumnus and one of the greatest players in Ohio State Buckeyes history. He was the captain of the Buckeyes team that won back-to-back national championships in 2002 and 2003, and was a First-Team All-American in 2003.Olave spent 13 seasons with the Buckeyes, playing on three National Championship teams and being named an All-American eight times. He ranks sixth all time in career receptions (253), eighth in receiving yards (3,352) and fourth in touchdown catches (26).Olave will be honored at halftime of the Buckeyes’ home opener against Wisconsin on Saturday, September 3rd.
