Chris Oyakhilome (Nigeria) is a TV host, pastor and author. He is the CEO and President of Believers' LoveWorld Incorporated, and is also known as Christ Embassy International.

Chris Oyakhilome Background

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child born to the family of Oyakhilome and was born on December 7, 1973 to Tim Oyakhilome. After his primary and second education, he attended Ambrose Alli University in Ekpoma (Edo State), Nigeria, where the university awarded him an BSc. in Architecture.

AAU also gave the honorary Doctor of Science Award. He also holds an honorary doctorate of divinity from Benson Idahosa University. Reverend Chris was earlier was married to Anita Obhodaghe. They have two children.

Chris Oyakhilome Ministry

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his ministry while a student at AAU. The Believers' LoveWorld fellowship which is today Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (YFC) was then known as the Believers' LoveWorld fellowship.

YFC rapidly grew and eventually was the largest campus-based organization. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. The church's headquarters are in Lagos. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Believer's LoveWorld is today a global church with thousands of followers and associates around the world.

BLW became the most prominent Christian ministry on TV across Africa through its"Atmosphere for Miracles" programme in 2002. The program was cancelled in May 2004 by the President of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo who announced that the churches would no longer broadcast miraculous events on television.

Pastor Chris's Ministry comprises four parts: publishing ministry for healing and teaching for television, and television ministry for TV. He developed the healing school, the atmosphere for miracles and the Pastor Chris global prayer network from these ministries.

Future Africa Leaders' Foundation (FALF)

The Future Africa Leaders Foundation is an initiative that was created to investigate and enhance the potential for leadership of Africans. The foundation honors, recognizes, and supports young African leaders who have made a positive contribution to their generation.
