Ancestral Diet and the Christian history of Veganism:

The true "ancestral diet" is raw vegan mostly fruitarian, not carnivore or omnivore as most supposedly "ancestral diet" promoters claim. Look up how God created humans to eat certain plants only and fruits mostly in the beginning as recorded in the Bible. It was not until after the Flood of Noah that God allowed humans to also eat animals to survive since the Flood wiped out the fruit trees and shifted the Earth's climate colder causing less available surface area warm enough to grow fruit trees. The Earth's climate has been returning to a warmer climate since the Flood. Humans and fruit trees were made for each other.

So humans were designed to cultivate fruits to keep them high in sugar and fat as they used to be before the Flood of Noah wiped them out. Humans have been cultivating high sugar and fat fruit for thousands of years with some examples of grape juice, wine, and olive oil as recorded in the Bible, paintings, and other ancient records and artifacts. Recent cultivations are merely restoring more fruit to their former high sugar and fat content.

More Christian History of Ancestral Veganism and the Corruption and Restoration of Creation. Part 2:

The Bible seems to be talking about the spiritual aspects of eating animals not health effects. The Bible also says God originally created people to eat certain plants and only after the flood of Noah were we allowed to eat animals too. Then God restricted which animals we were allowed to eat when He gave Moses the law and commandments. It wasn't until after Jesus ascended that God told Peter and the other apostles that we were once again allowed to eat all animals without sinning against God.
The Bible also says some God fearing people abstained from animal foods at some times in their lives. Belteshazzar, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego (Hebrew names Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah) refused to eat the Babylonian king's meat and ate only plant foods for 10 days after which they were judged to have a healthier appearance than their peers. People who took the Nazarite Vow, of whom Samson was the most notable example, seemed to also abstain from meat since they vowed not to touch a dead carcass during their vow.
The Bible also says all people and animals will no longer eat animals or people when Jesus returns and restores the Earth.
So yes, we are spiritually allowed to eat meat, but health wise we might not benefit from it and God did not design humans to eat animals originally nor will He allow it once He returns again.

More Christian History of Ancestral Veganism and the Corruption and Restoration of Creation. Part 3:

In the beginning, the world was without sin and suffering and God told humans and animals to eat certain plants only. God placed the first two humans, Adam and Eve, into the Garden of Eden. In the garden, there were many plants, but the most relevant plants were the Tree of Life (ToL) and the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil (ToKoGaE). God said humans would die if they ate from the ToKoGaE but that humans would live forever if they did not disobey God, by eating from the ToKoGaE, and if they ate from the ToL.
Adam and Eve sinned the first human sin by disobeying God and eating from the ToKoGaE. This original sin and fall from innocence caused the rest of creation to be cursed and to also fall causing suffering to first begin on Earth and in creation.

The ground was cursed causing edible plants to not be as readily available without increased labor from man to produce it.
God banished humans from the Garden of Eden and the ToL.

For hundreds of years, humans still ate only certain plants, but they began sacrificing animals to God as payment for their sins.
These sacrifices of animals were actually precursors to the true sacrifice for sins that would come later in the form of Jesus Christ.

Due to rampant violence and corruption across the Earth, God flooded the Earth with water while sparing Noah's family and some animals.
After the flood, God allowed people to eat all animals for unspecified reasons. One theory is that the flood destroyed most of the readily available edible plants and shifted the climate of the Earth from warm to cold causing a significant reduction in available warm land area to grow these plants in.

Later, God told Moses to restrict the animals we were allowed to eat without sinning against God.
Still later, Jesus came, died on the cross to pay for our sins, rose from the grave and defeated death, and ascended to heaven to prepare a place for us.

After Jesus ascended to heaven, God told Peter and the Apostles that humans were now allowed to once again eat all animals without sinning against God.

The Bible says that Jesus will return to restore the Earth from it's cursed and fallen state and will no longer allow humans and animals to eat animals and humans.

So God allows humans to eat animals for survival in this fallen world without sinning against God, but God also did not design humans to eat animals.
So health wise, humans are supposed to eat certain plants only, but humans might also need to eat animals if there are not enough readily available plants to live healthily.

God said humans can be saved from hell and go to heaven if we acknowledge and confess our sins to God, repent of our sins, and ask God to forgive of us of our sins by putting our faith in the blood sacrifice of Jesus as being sufficient to pay our debt of sins to God.

If we accept Jesus as our savior and Lord of our lives, souls, hearts, minds, and spirits, then God will accept Jesus' sacrifice for payment of our sins and declare us as forgiven and innocent again.

Once we die and/or Jesus returns, we will live with God and no longer live in this suffering world.
Jesus will stop all suffering on Earth when He returns to restore this world.

Therefore, reincarnation does not exist in the way that these other spiritual vegans seem to believe it does.
All humans are condemned to die once as wages for our sins. After death, all humans will be judged by God for their sins and either spend eternity with God in heaven or in the restored Earth or they will spend eternity in hell separated from God.

In the meantime, while humans live in the fallen world today, we are allowed to eat all animals without sinning against God, but we can also try to eat only plants that God designed us to do and reduce the suffering of animals out of compassion and love.

While I hope that you will someday no longer have to eat animal products, if you have to eat animal products to survive that is not sinning against God.
Just keep carefully listening to how your body reacts to certain foods.

Bible Verses that are Related to Veganism (With Text):

In the Garden of Eden before the Fall of man and creation, just after God gave Adam and Eve dominion over animals He also told them to eat only certain plants and fruits.:

"26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth."
29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.”
- God. Genesis 1:26-29. KJV.

In the Garden of Eden before the Fall, Adam names the animals and woman.:

"18 And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.
19 And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.
20 And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him."
21 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
22 And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.
23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man."
- Genesis 2:18-23. KJV.

After the Fall, Adam names his wife Eve, the first animal sacrifice is performed, and God expels Adam and Eve from the Garden.:

"20 And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.
21 Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them.

22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever: 23 Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.
24 So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life."
- Genesis 3:20-24. KJV.

After the Fall and expulsion from the Garden, Cain and Abel are born and Abel becomes a shepherd for sacrificing animals not eating them.:

"1 And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the LORD.
2 And she again bare his brother Abel. And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground.
3 And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the LORD.
4 And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the LORD had respect unto Abel and to his offering:
5 But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect."
- Genesis 4:1-5. KJV.

After the Flood God allowed people to eat animals and instituted capital punishment to reduce violence.:

"2 And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth, and upon every fowl of the air, upon all that moveth upon the earth, and upon all the fishes of the sea; into your hand are they delivered.
3 Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.
4 But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof, shall ye not eat.
5 And surely I will require the life of any man or beast by whose hand your lifeblood is shed. I will demand an accounting from anyone who takes the life of his fellow man:
6 Whoever sheds the blood of man, by man his blood will be shed; for in His own image God has made mankind."
- God. Genesis 9:2-6. KJV.

Jesus ended the need for animals sacrifices with his own sacrifice on the cross.:

"10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
11 And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:
12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;
13 From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool.
14 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified."
- Hebrews 10:10-14. KJV.

"1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:
2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world."
- 1 John 2:1-2. KJV.

After Jesus returns and restores the Earth, He ends the eating of animals and humans.:

"6 The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them.
7 And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.
8 And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice' den.
9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea."
- God. Isaiah 11:6-9. KJV.

"The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent's meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the LORD."
- God. Isaiah 65:25. KJV.

"And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away."
- Peter. Revelation 21:4. KJV.

"2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
3 And there shall be no more curse..."
- Peter. Revelation 22:2-3. KJV.
