Nature: Adamant
Ability: Mold Breaker

Reasons:
Sawk has enough Speed to not worry about the majority of the Pokemon in the lategame. Even Scarf Chandelure's 172 Speed at around the mid 70s with Macho Galen training.

Mold Breaker to make Colress free. With Adamant Nature & Bulk Up, we do not need Close Combat.

Cheren:
Luckily, Rock Smash at the start is much better than Bind that's for sure. Though, Roxie is still a problem. Cheren is free. Teach Work Up afterwards.

Roxie:
Unlike Throh, Sawk's higher Attack is a huge boon. +3 & hope for the best with Return. Pecha Berry just in case. Be Level 18 or 20.

Burgh:
Grab Rest. We don't need Quick Claw, unlike Throh.

Sawk's higher Speed lets it barely outrun Leavanny at Level 26. +6 & sweep. Dwebble is really bad against Fighting types.

Elesa:
Colress is a stomp with Low Sweep & Mold Breaker.
Grab 10 Red Shards & Payback TM at Route 16. Dark Coverage in the lategame is needed.

Do Macho Galen up to Level 33. Have Cheri Berry & teach Rest.
1 Bulk Up & sweep. You should be faster than Emolga.
Moveset: Bulk Up, Brick Break, Return, Rest.

Clay:
Teach Thunder Punch over Rest.

As for Clay, Brick Break Krokorok. Setup on Onix 3 times to +2 Attack. Onix has bad Attack, despite Explosion. +2 guarantees Sandslash with Brick Break.

Skyla:
Moveset: Bulk Up, Brick Break, Return, Thunder Punch.

BP Vitamin: Carbos.

In Chargestone Cave, fight the 2 Rangers that give you Chesto Berry. We need those for the lategame. We want to use 1 for Ghetsis & 1 for Caitlin. We will use Rawst Berry for Shauntal.

Slap on Lucky Egg. We are gonna have this item on until Ghetsis. Sawk is that capable of beating everyone confidently. We want to be Level 48 for Skyla. Thunder Punch spam. 1 Bulk Up on Skarmory.

Drayden & Marlon:
Lucky Egg go brrr

Grab 1 Rawst Berry from Reversal Mountain Ranger.
Team Plasma is a joke. Fighting & Electric moves go brrrr.

Drayden is free. 3 Bulk Ups & sweep. Brick Break Druddigon, Flygon, & Haxorus. Return Altaria.

Marlon is free. Thunder Punch Wailord, Mantine, and Jellicent. Brick Break Carracosta. No Bulk Ups.

Colress & Ghetsis:
Lucky Egg still goes brr, even Colress.

Brick Break Magneton & Magnezone. 1 Bulk Up on Beheeyem and then Return. Brick Break the rest.

Ghetsis is where we will drop Lucky Egg for once. Chesto Berry and drop both Thunder Punch and Return for Payback and Rest.

Plan:
*2 Bulk Ups, Rest, & sweep. Payback Cofagrigus. Brick Break the rest.
Lucky Egg after Ghetsis.

Victory Road & Hugh are nothing to worth going over. Fighting & Dark cover everything.

League:
All Candies will be used on Marshal to 75-77 for outspeed on Chandelure.
Lineup: Grimsley -> Marshal -> Caitlin -> Shauntal

Grimsley is free with Brick Break. There's no need to setup. Free Lucky Egg XP.

Before Marshal, Cheri Berry and use all of your Rare Candies to 76-78.

Marshal:
1 Bulk Up & sweep. After 1 Speed drop, we are slower than Mienshao, but we are faster than Lucario, which has Psychic. Bulk Up on the turn Mienshao goes up with Bounce. Brick Break it and the remaining team.

Before Caitlin, Chesto Berry.
Caitlin: 1 Bulk Up.
*If she uses Reflect instead of Hypnosis, Brick Break it to remove Reflect.
*If she lands Hypnosis, Payback.
*If she misses, do another Bulk Up.

+1 guarantees everyone except for Metagross. +2 guarantees Metagross with Brick Break. You could sneak a Bulk Up on Gothitelle to get to +2, since it does less damage overall with Psychic than Sigilyph & Reuniclus.

Before Shauntal, Rawst Berry.
Shauntal: 1 Bulk Up & sweep with Payback. Rest on Golurk if you got Burned by Flame Body. You cannot Rest reliably on Cofagrigus due to Psychic.

Iris:
Brick Break Hydreigon, 1 Bulk Up on Druddigon & sweep.
