You can even see the flash from the strobe lights when looking out the cockpit side windows.
You can even cause failures on your own by not managing your cockpit well. Not a big issue, and purely cosmetic at best.

It was mostly everything I had hoped it would be. You can get into it right away, after the set up, without too much fuss, but I can see there is lots left to explore. Unfortunately I see in the manuals that only the pilot monitoring seems to be simulated, not the pilot flying. I was hoping to be able to practice the first officer role as well as that of the captain. Oh well, maybe in an upgrade. The voices are very natural, not like any computer voicebut accually voices you won't get so sick of after two weeks! You get all the manuals you need to get quickly into the flightdeckand spread your wings! If you haven't all readypick this bby up!.
