I'll have to try to move it over. For whatever reason the Control Center saves up the names of the devices in the drop-down menu, even though the devices have been thoroughly uninstalled numerous times.

That's very intuitive of you, Night Hawk. I don't know if you will have to follow the same process but for the first time ever in my experience with tech support for any company... Brother requires that you install the driver package before you plug the machine into your computer.
