Bincang dengan adik beradik, tetapkan hari dan waktu dan jika Sotong masak kicap ini dah cukup sedap pada selera saya. Bukan sahaja sedap tapi juga mudah menyediakannya. Jadi sangat sesuai untuk wanita bekerja menyediakannya buat hidangan berbuka atau bersahur. Wanita yang menjadi suri rumah sepenuh masa juga perlu mencari jalan untuk menjimatkan m a sa di dapur. Bulan Ramadhan ini kena perbanyakkan Assalammualaikum dan Selamat petang semua. Hari ini DB kongsikan resepi sotong masak kicap yang sedap dan mudah. Jom tengok macam mana DB masak. Bahan-bahanS Sotong Katak Masak Kicap Potluck sotong katak (700-800gm), serai (diketuk), halia (dihiris), bawang merah rose (dihiris), bawang putih (dihiris), bawang holland (dipotong baji), minyak masak, air bertapis, tepung jagung + sedikit air bertapis, serbuk lada hitam, cuka, cawan/sesuai selera kicap pekat masin Tong Nam Assalamualaikum, Hai semua, kali ni saya nak kongsikan Resepi sotong masak kicap Bahan-bahan:1/2 kg sotong3 ulas Bawang Putih1 biji bawang besar1 biji cili Ianya resepi biasa sahaja tapi bila menggunakan sotong segar dan bertelur pula, itu yang menjadikannya sangat sedap. Jom layan resepi di bawah ini Sotong Masak Kicap Pedas. 1 inci kulit kayu manis. 2 kuntum bunga lawang. 1 tangkai cili hijau. 1 tangkai cili merah. 1 biji bawang besar. 2 sudu cili kisar. Grind the shallots, garlic, and ginger. Heat oil in a wok and fry the chicken pieces until crispy. Set them aside. In 2 tbsp of oil, fry the ground shallots, garlic, and ginger until fragrant. Add soy sauce and the chicken pieces, and mix well. Add onion rings and
squeeze lime juice just before removing from heat. Apabila minyak dah panas, masukkan bawang, serai, cili kering dan halia. Kacau hingga bawang sedikit layu. 4. Seterusnya masukkan sotong dan gaul rata. 5. Masukkan sedikit air untuk kuah. *Yang ni terpulang kepada masing² nak letak air banyak mana ye. 6. Masukkan kicap masin dan kicap manis. 1-2 sudu besar sos karamel. 1 sudu besar sos tiram. Kicap manis secukupnya. 2 sudu besar kicap masin. Cara cara: Masukkan sotong ke dalam kuali tanpa minyak. Masak sehingga air sotong keluar. Angkat dan tos. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan kisar, serai, kayu manis dan daun kari sehingga sedikit garing. Option to use the same pan, remove the excess oil until about 1 tablespoon of oil is left. Saute the sliced ingredients until fragrant. Add sweet soy sauce and stir. Add water and salt. Masuk bhn tumbuk, serai & halia - gaul. Masukkan ketam & gaul rata (tutup kuali dan biarkan 5 min). Masukkan kicap masin &kicap manis, sos dan gaul (tutup kuali dan biar 10 min @ sehingga kuahnya agak pekat) . Akhir sekali masukkan bwg besar dan cili hijau. Hidangkan semasa masih panas bersama nasi putih. 2. Mix all ingredients for seasonings in the bowl and set aside. Preheat a large wok or skillet. Add the rest of the cooking oil. Saute shallots, garlic, ginger, and chili (if using) until aromatics, about 1 minute. 3. Add the chicken pieces followed by the seasonings. 4. Stir fry for another minute. Cooking the Ayam Masak Kicap. Heat the second Tbsp of oil in a medium-sized wok or saucepan on medium heat. If you'd fried your chicken on the stove earlier, pour out all but 1 Tbsp of oil. Sauté the onions, garlic, most of the ginger pieces and chillies for 1 minute. Keep about 5 strips of the ginger for garnish. Masukkan cili kisar, sos tiram, sos tomato, dan ayam tadi. Kacau
seketikan. Masukkan pula kicap, agak-agak sahaja supaya cukup kuahnya, kemudian masukkan cili merah dan sedikit air. Tutup dan biarkan ayam masak, masukkan tomato dan bawang besar. Kacau sekejap sahaja anggaran bawang sedikit layu dan padamkan api.
