Chris Oyakhilome Background

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome grew up on the 7 thDecember 1973. He was the first of his family members to be born. He completed his primary and secondary education from Ambrose Alli University. After graduation, he earned the degree of BSc Architecture.

AAU also gave the honorary Doctor of Science prize. He also has an honorary doctorate in divinity from the Benson Idahosa University. The Reverend Chris was one time a husband to Anita Obhodaghe. He and her have two beautiful children.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome delved into ministry while he was still an undergraduate student at AAU. The Believers' LoveWorld fellowship is now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (YFC) was at the time known as Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship.

YFC grew and became the largest fellowship on campus. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the church's main office. Believer's LoveWorld today has millions of associates and followers across the world.

Through the 2002 atmosphere of miracles, BLW became Africa’s most popular Christian ministry. The broadcast stopped in May 2004 after the then President of Nigeria- President Olusegun Obasanjo declared that miracles must be stopped by the churches.

Pastor Chris's Ministry encompasses four areas including publishing ministry, healing ministry; television ministry; and the teaching ministry. It is from these ministries that he has culled out the healing school, the atmosphere for miracles, and Pastor Chris live prayer network.

Future Africa Leaders' Foundation (FALF)

The Future Africa Leaders Foundation is an initiative that was created to investigate and enhance the potential for leadership of Africans. The foundation acknowledges, honors and encourages young African leaders who have had a a positive impact on their generation. They accomplish this through education and youth empowerment .

The foundation recognizes the efforts of these young leaders through an award ceremony called the Future Africa Leaders" Award. This award ceremony which started 5years ago, is held on the eve of each new year in the LoveWorld Convocation Arena (LCA) Billings Way, Oregun, Ikeja. Winners are presented with an award by Reverend Chris Oyakhilome (President of BLW).

The InnerCity Mission for Children is a faith-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). The NGO was founded in 2005 with the intention of helping the most vulnerable, poorest, orphaned, and least fortunate children of the world..

Children who are homeless are assisted by the foundation through participation interventions, which include strengthening family programmes as well as child development programmes.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The Trauma Care International Foundation was established to improve the quality of life and overall health of communities and nations through promoting improved emergency response for accidents and emergencies. The foundation's mission is to accomplish this through community-based initiatives that promote health education, advocacy as well as advocacy. It also promotes national policies regarding trauma treatment.

The foundation has conducted more than 1000 first aid, safety, emergency response training. The foundation has taught over 1,000 teachers, law enforcement officers, caregivers, and road transport workers.

Volunteer Medical Corps (VMC)

The Volunteer Medical Corps, a christian medical outreach, is dedicated to providing aid material as well as medical aid and education to people who are internally displaced and refugees in areas that have been affected by natural or man-made catastrophes.

The outreach consists of students from every Nation as well as paramedics, christian healthcare professionals. The volunteers offer assistance in emergencies, and healthy and sustainable solutions to health problems for those in need.

VMC also provides local health services and training for health workers. VMC outreach is available to everyone whose primary objective is to improve the health of the poor and to provide humanitarian assistance. Bible For All Nation (BFAM)

Bible For All Mission, an organization that is christian and non-profit is dedicated to the production and distribution of the Bible in a format and language that they are able to comprehend. Outreach helps people learn God's Word while also allowing them to be impacted by the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.

BFAM has distributed hundreds of thousands free copies of Rhapsody Bible in communities, prisons, hospitals, and other institutions around the world which includes South Africa, Nigeria, Gambia and Ghana. Through a network of Bible publishers and volunteers across the globe, this outreach was possible.
