On the old computer:

Open and go to Fil̠ Q̠̠u̠̠i̠̠c̠̠k̠̠B̠̠o̠̠o̠̠k̠̠s̠ e > Utilities > Move ̠Q̠̠u̠̠i̠̠c̠̠k̠̠B̠̠o̠̠o̠̠k̠̠s̠ to another computer.
Create a backup file and save it on a USB or cloud storage.
On the new computer:

Install ̠Q̠̠u̠̠i̠̠c̠̠k̠̠B̠̠o̠̠o̠̠k̠̠s̠ and choose Restore a Backup File.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
