The Cloud earned one of the lowest scores in our quality tests due to a flimsy feel, hard plastic seats and a design that seems old-fashioned. It's also expensive compared to other lightweight strollers which is why it's not the best option if you're looking for a budget alternative.
It's not the tiniest stroller, but it has enough features to make it worth a look. Its swiveling front wheels make it easy to maneuver on flat surfaces and it can leap over curbs with ease unlike other light strollers that veer off course when trying to accomplish the similar thing. The low handle of the Cloud is a disadvantage however, as it's at knee level and isn't adjustable. It's not a comfortable thing to push your legs hanging in the air and it's not helping that it lacks padding.
During our testing, we discovered that the Cloud was easy to set up and open. To close it, it's a bit more difficult. You must slide the slider before you press a large white button. This can be a hassle particularly if you're trying to keep track of kids at the same time.
The Cloud comes with a small but deep storage basket that could accommodate a medium-sized diaper bag. It's not the greatest width however, and you'll likely have to put something in it to reach back to take it out. The Cloud includes two tray for parents and children with two cup holders each however they're both too narrow to hold larger bottles or cups.

Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist design, which is perfect for trips. It weighs only 18 lbs, which is lighter than many single strollers. If you're looking for a stroller that's light but packed with features you'll find it in the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just incredibly light at just 13 pounds, but it offers plenty of storage space in the form of parent and child cup holders, a child sippy-cup pocket as well as a parent storage compartment and more. It is also compatible with a child's seat and comes with a brake with a flip-flop feature that is easily engaged. This stroller is designed to grow as your child grows.
