Review: I love how Sarah made the combination of yoga & witchcraft. I have done both for years and love learning how to incorporate them together and get into deeper states of meditation to do my craft in a new way. I have read the book through and plan on starting it again to get the little details and use it to reference new practices. The exercises are nice and simple for beginners and it gives the basics and beginnings of many topics where you could go into deeper research in your own. Its the beginning of a new path. I hope more yoga studios and witches combine practices at studios. Maybe this book is one of the first steps to that. ❤

Title: Underwhelming content and distractingly bad writing

Review: My main gripe with this book is that its copyediting (or lack thereof) is distractingly bad. If you’re the type of reader who gets hung up on incomplete sentences and frequent comma misuse, this book is gonna be a nightmare for you.
The book also offered less actual yoga than I was hoping for based on the title. I would probably have named it Witchcraft for Yoga Practitioners or something. Most of the chapters focused on various aspects of witchcraft rather than yoga. There were precious few yoga flows (again, based on what I was hoping for from a book titled “Yoga for Witches”). There are several nice little spells, informational sections about goddesses from a variety of cultures, and recipes for tea and things, but those aren’t what I was really looking for out of this book.
My favorite thing about the book is the fact that the cover has that soft, matte, almost velvety quality to it, so… not great!

Review: Quality isn’t quite there. I have a few pages not bound properly and they’re just falling out.
Also I feel it takes too much time to explain what yoga and magic are. If you’re getting this book I feel like you should already have a basic idea at the very least...so the first couple of chapter are extremely boring and just a rehash of knowledge the reader should already have.
